Poe4orbs answered his questions: Hey, easiest way of getting specific uniques is through poe. Trade. You can chance uniques, it must have the same base item as the unique item to chance it. So if you want Mightflay, you need to start with a flaying knife. You don't need any quality or quantity for uniques to drop, they just do.As this video is old, people normally focus on clearing faster. Faster clear = clear more zones= kill more monsters = more chances of loot. Farming currency is easiest in maps and using the poe chaos orb recipe. That being said, i found my first poe exalted orb as lvl 28. Anything can happen.
